Job Summary and Mission:

•
Plan Administration provides stock option administration services for
Corporations who choose not to resource this critical function
in-house.
• The Administrator performs a number of assigned
back-office administrative processes in support of Administration
client deliverables. The Administrator may also elect to be a part of a
career program that includes various training, and test requirements in
order to move into the Stock Plan Administrator position.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accuracy of all run book procedures for all assigned clients
• Follow the processes as defined in the run books for all assigned clients
• Accurately complete all client check lists
• Maintain list of invoice items and provide them for proper invoicing
• Run scheduled client reports as assigned and deliver them as contracted
• Import assigned files (e.g. account files) into UBS platforms per defined procedures
• Monitor daily report of outstanding exercises; work with team to ensure timely settlement
• Monitor daily report of missing grant files; work with team to ensure proper grant files are uploaded
• Run assigned monthly reports to assist with the roll-forward process
• Ensure completeness of documentation and full compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements
• Escalate issues as required


* A minimum of 2 to 3 years recent work experience as a Stock Plan
Administrator from a Corporate Employee Stock Option business or a
related financial services environment required
* Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel
* Minimum BS/BA degree in a business related major preferred
* Some paralegal work experience, a plus
* Above average written and oral communciations skills
*
Strong attention to detail, quick learner, good organizational skills
with the ability to multi-task, accountability & dependability as
well as a team player

Preferred Qualifications Prefered Qualifications:

CEP I, CEP II, CEP III
• Knowledge of the brokerage industry
•
Direct experience with global equity plans, complex plans such as
restricted stock units, swaps/reloads, performance awards, etc.
• Project Management skills
