The Stock Program Administrator for Allscripts will engage in
planning and administrating stock-related items and stock grants,
including vesting schedules and exercise history as well as analysis
and review of the organization's stock plan.



Responsibilities Include:

� Communicate and administer the organization's equity compensation plans, policies, and procedures.

� Ensure stock plan transactions (Daily database imports/exports
and analyses, ESPP purchases, option exercises, Restricted Stock grants
and releases, etc.) are correctly processed and settled in a timely
manner.

� Write, edit, and disseminate stock-related documentation and
reports; may contribute to preparation of Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC) filings.

� Management of equity database and vendor interface to ensure
data integrity and SOX compliance in all aspects of the processes.

� Work with management to establish guidelines for stock grants, policies, and procedures.

� Tracking of approved stock budget; preparation of pending grants
for Compensation Committee and distribution of approved equity award
notifications and agreements.

� Serve as contact for employees regarding stock plan, answering questions and addressing any issues.

� Maintains employee stock database, updating information, running
monthly/quarterly reports, prepares summary reports and other ad hoc
reporting

� Vendor relationship manager for stock plan broker and transfer agent as it relates to equity compensation. 



Job Requirements 


Education/Experience:

� Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources; certification desirable.

� 5+ years related work experience in stock administration

� Knowledge of HR/personnel practices and principles, and labor and pay laws and regulations.

� Able to handle high level of confidentiality regarding employee information.
