JOB BOARD - Sr. Stock Plan Administrator - Carlsbad, CA - 24 Feb 2010

Responsibilities: 
Maintain
accurate stock database including grants, transactions and employee
data. Review stock activity, researching and correcting discrepancies.
Follow up and resolve inquiries from employees, internal departments,
and brokers. 

Perform month-end analysis and reconciliation, including grant statements and transaction activities. 

Research
and resolve any reconciling items on a monthly basis. Coordinate
transaction and grants with other departments (financial reporting,
tax, accounting and payroll). Generate reports from the stock
administration system and review for accuracy. Assists in maintenance
of documentation of policies, procedures and controls. Completing
special projects as requested. 

Skills/Experience:
Must have 5+ yrs of Stock Plan Administration experience.  Should be familiar with  Fidelity  or Equity Edge systems.

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Tax preferred.

Advanced Excel Skills - must be proficient with manipulating large spreadsheets.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. 
Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of company employees. 

Must
demonstrate judgment, tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and
external customers as well the ability to handle confidential and
proprietary information. 

Must possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude and perform as a team player. 

Knowledge of stock administration or stock option expensing or accounting preferred.
