advising our Business Leaders!



In collaboration with HR colleagues, partner with business leaders to
ensure compensation programs and initiatives as well as competitive
position are in alignment with business objectives, support human
capital plans, and drive employee engagement while balancing prudent
use of company resources and appropriate risk mitigation efforts.
Develop solutions that have an enterprise-wide approach. Serve as
leader within the HR function and assigned client groups, demonstrating
courage, integrity, and, accountability. Will be aligned with a segment
of the business (Sales, Operations, Corporate & Europe)


Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Finance


• Masters Degree preferred


• Certified Compensation Professional preferred


• 10 + years of compensation related experience


• Combination of corporate and consulting experience preferred


• Knowledge of federal and state laws impacting compensation programs


• Knowledge of market pricing and job evaluation techniques

• Experience implementing, administering, and communicating
compensation programs, to include salary structures, salary increases,
incentive programs, recognition programs, and geographic differential


• Experience consulting and coaching executive level management on compensation related issues


• Proven financial modeling skills


• Proven project management skills


• Demonstrated attention to detail


• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines


• Exceptional analytical problem solving skills


• Self directed, self starter, able to develop creative solutions


• Proven ability to influence decision makers and employ a consultative and collaborative approach


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly


• Ability to communicate well (both written and verbal) with employees at all levels in the organization


• Ability to build effective relationships, collaborate with HR colleagues and influence business leaders


• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills


• Intermediate Microsoft Power Point skills
