Position Description: |
Position Summary:
The
analyst would reconcile equity data and prepare to load data into
record keeping system. In addition, the analyst would assist with
implementing procedures regarding tax processes and other projects as
assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Audit equity data for employee stock option and restricted share grants
- Load option and restricted share data into record keeping system
- Document tax procedures for stock option exercises with HRIS and Payroll
- Prepare equity data for future transactions
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Three years of experience in equity compensation
Requirements and General Skills:
- Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to pay attention to details and be organized
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Excellent
time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task,
and work under shifting deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
