Executive Strategies, Inc., a national general management search firm,
has been retained by a prominent Atlanta headquartered organization to
conduct a confidential search for the top compensation and benefits
position for a publicly traded national organization.
The individual must have a bachelor’s degree in business, human
resources or related field, with an advanced degree and professional
certifications preferred, and at least 15 years compensation, health
and welfare and retirement experience, including at least five in a
leadership role at the Director level or above. This position requires
an individual with broad technical expertise, the ability to interact
with senior executives and board members on executive compensation
initiatives, plus a strategic leader, manager of staff and a “hands-in”
contributor.
