Retirement plans, 401Ks and employee stock option consultations - all
can be powerful tools in helping clients achieve their financial
goals. To help investors plan for the future, Charles Schwab
Corporate Services offers a broad range of services for investing
through the workplace, including retirement services for employers
and employees, professional guidance and education for executives and
employees and support for benefit plan administrators.

Brief Description of Role:

Stock Plan Services is looking for a motivated individual to provide
operational support to the SPS Operations Team. This individual will
be responsible for various functions within Cashiering, New
Accounts, and Settlement. They will work closely with all three
teams to ensure that service level agreements are being maintained.
They will be responsible for a high quality of work while adhering to
compliance standards in an ever changing business environment. Must
possess strong organization, prioritization and communication skills
in order to effectively serve our internal and external customers.

Technical/Functional Qualifications:









  • The ideal candidate will be very organized with excellent time
    management skills in addition to strong multi tasking abilities.


  • The candidate will need great attention to detail and strong
    communication skills.


  • Microsoft application skills are necessary.


  • They must be flexible and willing to perform multiple functions
    within Operations.


  • The candidate should be knowledgeable of Schwab internal systems or
    posses a willingness to learn.


  • Series 9/10 required.
