ACCOUNTING MANAGER

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

        
Account
for multiple long term compensation plans including company wide FAS123R stock
compensation, company wide long term cash incentive plan, and Corporate’s
short term management incentive plan

        
Prepares
allocation of long term compensation plans to various business unit partners,
including providing instruction and support

        
Responsible
for accounting, preparation and analysis of various equity accounts

        
Prepares
Corporate allocation accounting and reporting

        
Preparation
of monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc analysis for areas of responsibility

        
Ongoing
monitoring of Key controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley

        
Responsible
for various journal entries related to general ledger accounts

        
Responsible
for timely and accurate reconciliation of various general ledger accounts

        
Additional
assignments as determined by management

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS

        
6+
years experience

        
CPA
with 3+ years public accounting experience preferred

        
Undergraduate
degree in accounting

        
FAS123R
experience desirable

        
System
experience desirable (SAP, Hyperion)

        
Advance
Excel skills required

        
Strong
analytical skills

        
Must
be able to work independently with minimum supervision

        
Must
manage multiple priorities well and handle projects with short deadlines
