This
Analyst will be responsible for supporting an Equity Accounting Team
(including Stock Plan Administrator) in properly recording, tracking,
and accounting for equity awards. Major Job Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly stock option exercise journal entriesTrack issuance and
repurchase of treasury stockReconcile shares outstanding to transfer
agent on a monthly basisCalculate weighted average shares outstanding
and EPS on a quarterly basis as well as forecasted shares outstanding
and EPS as neededAssist in the preparation of required regulatory
filings related to the stock plans such as Form 3, 4 and 5 filings and
the 14C Information StatementAssist with the preparation of the
quarterly share-based compensation binder including running expense
reports; preparing unrecognized compensation roll-forwards and share
roll-forwards, etc.Assist with the preparation of share-based
compensation expense forecastsAssist with the Management Grant process
as needed including reviewing lists of option recipients, preparing
reconciliations, etc.Assist with accounting for and tracking of equity
awards offered or assumed through acquisitionsWork with valuation
experts in calculations of equity award grants, forfeiture rate,
etc.Suggest improved processes for all aspects of equity
accountingPerform other related duties and projects, as
requiredKnowledge and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Accounting3-5 years of professional experienceCOMBO candidate is
preferred with Big 4 Public Accounting experience and industry
accounting experienceCPA (preferred)MUST HAVE thorough knowledge and
understanding of FAS 123(R) and other accounting guidance related to
shared-based compensation accountingSelf-motivated, detail-oriented,
with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
workDemonstrate excellent verbal and written communication
skillsProficient in the use of Microsoft ExcelExperience with internal
control compliance related to SOXThis position pays 55000.00-63000.00
