JOB BOARD: Compensation & Equity Analyst

This professional will oversee and facilitate the day to day operations of our equity program in part by coordinating activities with brokers, transfer agents and in-house legal counsel.  Additionally, this individual will participate in the preparation of AutoNation's annual proxy report and materials for the Board of Directors.  This individual will conduct analysis and facilitate the calculation of bonuses specific to key associates responsible for the success of our business.  This position offers excellent exposure within the HR department and senior management alike.  The successful candidate with have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently and effectively manage priorities.
