Vice President, Executive Compensation – Job Code VECMM
MA based
financial services company seeks a Vice President, Executive Compensation to
take ownership of the function and manage two-three direct reports. Reporting
to the Vice President, Total Reward, the position will lead the function for
this Fortune 150 Company that has been named on Fortune’s “Most
Admired” companies list. Develop agenda and prepare and coordinate all
the material for the Human Resources Committee and prepare the Head of Human
Resources to present to the Board of Directors. Develop
strategic direction and consult with Senior Executives on Executive Pay issues.
Requires an advanced financial degree, MBA or JD with finance background and at
least two years of leading executive compensation in a large public company.
Compensation includes a base salary in the high 100’s, a 40% bonus, LTIP
and a Full relocation package.
