In-House Share Plan Advisor

£45,000)
About the
Bank
My client is a well known Financial
Services Institution. With the UK government, The Bank of England and the FSA
all highlighting a correlation between excessive risk taking and excessive
executive reward, we are now seeing a correction and greater transparency on
both reward planning and risk management through more effective reward
strategies. Long term incentivisation is increasingly an important part of the
wider reward strategy conversations currently being had at this Bank. Coupled
with a new Global Plan currently being rolled out there is a need for an
experienced Share Plan Advisor to join them in
London.
