Based in Nashville, our client is one of
the largest and fastest growing subscriber-based businesses in North America and has been recognized as the Ernst &
Young Entrepreneur of the Year.  The company seeks a dynamic Senior
Compensation Manager whose primary responsibility is to consult the Senior
Leadership Team in the analysis, design and creation of the company’s
compensation and long-term incentive programs.  In particular, the Manager
will analyze option valuation methodologies, conduct surveys on executive
compensation issues and prepare and communicate executive level presentations.
 It is expected that the manager will participate in design discussions
and meetings providing insight on best practice, common practice and
recommendations unique to the organization.


The senior manager will lead a small team and report in to the Head of
Total Rewards.


 


A Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics, or Finance; Masters preferred
with five years related experience and/or strong working knowledge of
compensation methodology, design of executive compensation models and statistical
methods & data analysis.

Experienced in Initial Public Offerings, recapitalizations, options valuations
methodologies in addition to experience in providing consultation in executive
compensation, competitive compensation practices, and/or options valuation
methodologies.




Compensation includes base, bonus and a competitive and flexible

& Project Management

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Compensation & Benefits, the Senior
Compensation Manager will
manage, plan, develop and implement a sales
compensation strategy while ensuring market and internal competitiveness.  The
successful candidate will work closely with HR Leadership and Sales Management
and act as the expert consultant in support of the sales compensation
initiatives.   In addition, the Senior Compensation Manger will be responsible
for compensation project management to include but not limited to special field
compensation assignments, compensation strategic planning, and policies/procedures
management and interpretation. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree
in Business, Human Resources Management or a related field and 10+ years of
progressively responsible diverse HR, Compensation and Project Management
experience combined with demonstrated professional growth and achievement.  CCP
designation is a plus.  Experience must include 5+ years in a managerial
capacity leading diverse work groups and 5+ years of strategic consulting and
project management experience in a complex business environment involving
multiple business units.
