Stock Plan Administrator (Westminister, CO 80021) - 3 Aug 2009

MWH Global, Inc. is looking for a Stock Plan Administrator with strong
background and experience in bookkeeping/accounting to work in the
Shared Service Center in Westminster, CO. Under the direction of the
Stock Manager, this position will provide stock plan administrative and
financial services to MWH's global shareholders and senior management.
This position is not eligible for relocation expense reimbursement.




Essential Functions


Requires superior client service and confidentiality.

Administer shareholder transactions in accordance with the Share
Ownership Plans of: MWH Global, Inc., MWH Holding, B.V., and MWH
Holdings Limited.


Work with domestic & international operations to obtain accurate information pertaining to shareholder accounts.

Adhere to policies and procedures relating to financial and
business practices of the company and provide general accounting and
analysis.


Communicate with MWH shareholders on a regular basis.


Process check/wire requests and promissory notes for share transactions in both US Dollars and Foreign Currencies.


Ability to compose letters, memos and other documents.


Accurately record share transactions in share register and maintain stock database.


Perform quarterly/annual share register reconciliation.


Assist with document preparation in support of global Shareholder's Meetings and Stock Offerings.


Maintain shareholder files and e-mail distribution lists.


Work with MWH's Legal, Human Resource, Accounting/Payroll and Information Technology Departments.


Prepare reports as requested by senior management.


Perform additional assignments per Stock Manager.

Education Requirements:


4-year degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline.




Experience Requirements:


Minimum of five (5) years of experience in accounting and stock plan administration.


Ability to produce high quality work consistently on multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.


Possess superior organizational and project management skills.


Capability to forecast requirements and anticipate service demands.


Must be reliable, dependable and generally of excellent character.

Working in a demanding environment, candidate must be
self-motivated and proactive and capable of working with a high degree
of urgency.


Able to handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion and independent judgment.


Superior interpersonal skills, telephone manner, and knowledge of business protocol.

Able to develop and maintain cooperative, enthusiastic, flexible,
and effective working relationships with clients and team members.


Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
