Senior Compensation Manager – Job Code SCMTI

Based in Nashville, our client is one of the largest and
fastest growing subscriber-based businesses in North America and has been
recognized as the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.  The company
seeks a dynamic Senior Compensation Manager whose primary responsibility is to
consult the Senior Leadership Team in the analysis, design and creation of the
company’s compensation and long-term incentive programs.  In particular,
the Manager will analyze option valuation methodologies, conduct surveys on
executive compensation issues and prepare and communicate executive level
presentations.  It is expected that the manager will participate in design
discussions and meetings providing insight on best practice, common practice
and recommendations unique to the organization.

The senior manager will lead a small team and report in to
the Head of Total Rewards.

Compensation includes base,
bonus and a competitive and flexible benefits package.  A comprehensive
relocation package is available, if necessary.
