Director of Payroll and Compensation Administration
Epic, a growing company in the healthcare IT field, is looking for a
Director of Payroll and Compensation Administration to join our
Accounting team.
You will lead a small team, ensuring that day-to-day payroll tasks are
completed accurately and on time for our 3,300 employees. You will
streamline current processes to handle Epic’s consistent growth, and
you will assist executive management with the compensation review
process.
Epic offers a personalized compensation model incorporating annual
bonuses, a private stock program, performance-based raises, travel
& training incentives, and sabbaticals. It will be your
responsibility to ensure that all compensation is administered
appropriately.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred; several years of accounting, payroll, or
audit management experience; and strong Excel and Access database
skills. Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and reimbursed.
