Searching for a Compensation Executive for an A+
rated property and casualty insurance company located in the Northeast.
Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources; this
highly visible role is best suited for a strong business leader with a
track record managing executive compensation.
The successful candidate will possess 10+ years of experiences in roles
of increasing responsibility (in or outside the insurance industry), 5+
years of management experience, and familiarity with
compensation-related payroll and tax law.
Experience with PeopleSoft preferred, and SPHR and CCP designations highly preferred and advantageous. Retained search.
