Director of Global Retirement Administration, Nashville, TN - 23 June 2009

miss this rare opportunity!   A world-wide manufacturer is looking for a
Director of Global Retirement Administration at its Nashville, TN facility. 
You’ll oversee & direct all aspects of corporate retirement plans on
an international basis for a Fortune 500 company.  Your responsibilities will
include: education & advisement to all organizations regarding retirement
plans & policies, partnering with business units & vendors to implement
quality processes, monitoring program effectiveness & efficiency, ensuring
regulatory compliances are met, coordination of audit processes, &
directing pension administration teams.  Compensation is 100-150K plus bonus
& benefits.  Travel is 20-30% within the US and throughout the world.

We’re
looking for someone with true global compensation experience supporting a
Fortune 500 organization.  Outstanding interpersonal skills including an
ability to interact constructively with diverse teams & multiple cultures
will ensure your success in this exceptional opportunity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s
  degree in HR, Business or related field/master’s preferred


• 6-10 years
  oversight of global pension administration experience needed


• Solid union experience
  a plus


• Exceptional
  interpersonal skills including international savvy & negotiation
  abilities desired


• Computer
  proficiency with HRIS systems including storage & analysis


• Strong financial
  & analytical aptitude
