Description :
My client is looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Director to be based in Switzerland. You will be part of a team of 20 individuals who are split into smaller teams dealing with Executive Compensation, Reward, Benefits and Mobility. You will work across any of these as required and thus it is preferable that you are well versed in all these areas. The contract is initially fixed for two years, but may be extended. French and German languages are a plus, however not a pre-requisite.
PLEASE NOTE THE CLIENT IS LOOKING TO MAKE A LOCAL HIRE AND WILL NOT PROVIDE RELOCATION FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY.
