My client is looking for an experienced Share Plan Advisor to join a team of 6 in Canary Wharf. Based in the wider Compensation & Benefits department of 40 professionals you will get the chance to broaden your skill-base by getting involved in projects relating to HR Risk, Pensions & Benefits and Governance. The company are very progressive and encourage personal and professional development and would suit someone looking for a long and rewarding career.
The ideal candidate for this role would have trained in Executive Remuneration tax and be technically very strong. Those with ATT or CTA qualification are particularly welcome to apply.
This role would also suit someone from a more HR led Share Plan administration background looking to expand their skill set.
Th salary for this role is between £35,000 and £45,000 on the base with a total package between £50,000 and £60,000. You will also enjoy good bonus potential and generous company benefits.
