Banking/Executive Compensation Attorney (Philadelphia)

We
are seeking a contract attorney with extensive experience in the
banking and financial services industry. This attorney will assist a
compensation consulting firm in drafting documents related to executive
compensation agreements, including employment agreements, non-compete
agreements, stock option plans, SERPs, split-dollar agreements, DBOs,
change in control agreements, and board resolutions, using the
appropriate legal authorities, e.g., statutes and regulations, to
support his or her reasoning behind the agreements prepared. Pay is
negotiable and the contract position may evolve into full-time
employment.
