We’re
looking for ambitious, driven, self-starters who want to be on the
leading edge of developing technology and the social media evolution. This position is located in Santa Monica, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Administer
the company's employee stock and option purchase plans for employees in
the U.S. and overseas working closely with finance, accounting,
payroll, investor relations and outside service providers and transfer
agents
- Provide
expertise and ensure compliance with applicable U.S. and international
laws and regulations such as Sarbanes Oxley, section 16 reporting and
section 123 compliance
- Maintain
a database, utilizing Equity Edge v6.1, generating appropriate internal
reports, providing relevant tax information and other duties related to
supporting employee enrollment, guidance and assistance
- Provide
a superior level of administrative support as well as prioritizing and
satisfying multiple requests from multiple Executives
- Coordinates
and manages complex schedules, calendars and logistics for a wide range
of daily operational activities, including travel arrangements
- Prepares and assists in preparation of outgoing mail and correspondence
- Manages incoming phone inquiries and directing as appropriate, responding independently when possible
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Human Resources
- 5+
years stock plan administration experience; knowledge of international
securities and tax laws governing employee stock and option plans
- Must have at least 5-7 years of administrative support experience, and a history of supporting executive level managers
- Proficient knowledge of Windows-based computer skills including Excel, Access, and Word
- Strong understanding of state and federal laws, regulations and statutes relating to compensation
- Must have strong written, verbal, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Must illustrate attention to detail, analytical abilities and consistent follow through
- Must be team oriented, dependable and flexible with high work ethic
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with high-level executives as well as front-line employees
- Ability to work enthusiastically across organizations and with diverse personalities
