Senior Manager, Compensation
Expedia
is in the process of building a global Total Rewards team and is
looking to identify a Senior Manager of Compensation. In partnership
with the HR Business
Partners, this person will consult with various P&L leadership
globally to design and implement compensation programs that best
support the strategic and operational goals of the business. This
position is responsible for corporate and field compensation
activities;
ensuring that the Company’s compensation programs meet business
requirements and align with the overall compensation
philosophy/direction.
Responsibilities:
The focus of this position is on analytics, competitive and
comparative analysis, sales compensation and incentives and employee
recognition programs.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements governing compensation administration.
Continually assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of the company's programs and practices
Partner with the other Total Rewards leaders to ensure coordinated design and delivery of the Total Rewards program.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressively responsible compensation experience
- Prior sales compensation experience
- Demonstrated success in compensation program leadership, design, implementation and administration
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to effectively interact/ influence others
- Well versed on the legislative/regulatory aspects that govern employee compensation programs
