JOB DESCRIPTION




As Director of WW Executive and Equity Compensation, you will provide
leadership and be responsible for analysis, evaluation and design of
executive and equity compensation; global employment terms and global
mobility while ensuring alignment with corporate philosophies.
Effectively communicate plans, approach and design globally to ensure
that compensation and benefits programs are fully understood. Responsi
bilities - Management of global executive compensation programs that
encompass design, evaluation, implementation and strategy. - Provide
current market intelligence on executive compensation. Ability to
design alternative Corporate Equity Compensation Programs as needed.-
Management of world-wide total compensation programs including
Corporate Profit Sharing Program and Corporate Management Bonus
Programs - Work closely with other team members to strategize and
manage multiple projects including Sales Incentive Programs.- Act as a
consultant to regional Compensation and Benefit resources to design and
develop policies, programs, tools and processes in the areas of base
and incentive pay designed to improve management and employee
performance and productivity. - Align Global compensation and Benefits
programs while balancing local competitive needs that are cost and tax
efficient.- Develop compensation and benefits strategy for acquisitions
to transition them into existing global programs- Provide expertise on
international expatriate assignments and global mobility/talent
transfer strategy- Identify opportunities and solutions to improve
compensation processes, including preparing and analyzing regular
management and audit reports, and ensuring the integrity of the
compensation data in the HRIS system.- Partner with Global SVP of Human
Resources to deliver effective Global HR solutions. - Effectively
communicate plans to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are
fully understood and appropriately valued by employees, managers and
executives
