Stock Plan Administrator

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    High-level day-to-day stock plan administration activities for a large international company with employees and business partners located worldwide
•    International plan management including international tax withholding, international compliance and related matters
•    Internal policies and procedures: evaluation, recommendation, implementation, maintenance and documentation, including Sarbanes-Oxley procedures
•    Assist internal and external auditors as required
•    High-end problem-solving and research relating to both equity compensation and system/database management issues
•    Active coordination of processes and decision-making with other departments (HR, Payroll, Finance, Tax, Legal), vendors and other external relationships
•    Financial report generation and customization; specifically, monthly and quarterly reports used for FAS 123R expense reporting
•    Monthly cash and share reconciliations
•    Section 16 tracking and compliance
•    Work closely with detailed project timelines, budgets and deliverables based on current requirements
•    Manage multiple projects simultaneously

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•    Seven years experience in corporate stock administration with a strong understanding of business, regulatory and technical requirements
•    Experience with international equity plan compliance
•    Excellent communications skills, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal skills
•    Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
•    Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively and efficiently and follow project timelines and deliverables
•    Flexibility to work a non-standard work schedule and adapt to changing requirements in project lifecycles
•    Proficient with stock reporting software applications (e.g. E*Trade Equity Edge; UBS Financials Online) and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
•    Minimum CEP Level II desired

LOCATION:  Broomfield, Colorado
COMPENSATION:  Based on qualifications
