Reports to: VP Global HR
8 Direct Reports: 2 Comp Analysts, 3 Sales Comp Analysts, 2 Benefit
Specialists, 1 Oracle HR Admin
Job is 30% Exec Comp, 30% Comp Leadership (Analysis, Grade Structure, Pay
Philosophy, MIP Programs, etc.), 20% Sales Comp, 20% Benefits Planning
Compensation is the highest priority, and technical expertise in Excel,
perhaps a finance background is ideal. Can gain benefits expertise on the
job.
Must have courage and leadership to make recommendations, and be accountable
for decisions.
Compensation is base plus bonus - should be in the mid $100k's.
