POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Consultant is responsible for creating, packaging and selling consulting services to E*TRADE Corporate Services Clients and Prospects. These services include but are not limited to technical, financial reporting, and equity compensation data related solutions. The Senior Consultant partners closely with the Client to customize a solution to meet the Client's needs while ensuring overall profitability of the offers made. The Consultant is also responsible for developing and delivering presentations at industry and corporate events. Extensive travel may be required to meet and deliver consulting services at Client locations. Strong knowledge of equity compensation and financial reporting required. The consultants also partner closely with other internal sales and service teams to ensure they fully understand the consulting offerings and are actively listening to their clients to identify opportunities.

1. Perform all duties required by the Stock Plan Consultant

# Work with Client Management and Service teams to ensure all Consulting needs of an assigned regional segment of Clients are fully met

# Exceptional collaborative communication, solution development and consultative skills

# Written communications and report writing skills

# Strong equity compensation industry and financial reporting knowledge specifically around FAS 123r, IFRS 2, SOX, international and domestic financial reporting regulations/requirements, and equity compensation best practices

# Professional presentation development and delivery skills

# Desire to continually learn and stay abreast of industry trends and pending regulatory changes

Â
# Strong sense of urgency in anticipating and responding to Client needs

# Ability to generate interest and revenue leveraging E*TRADE Consulting products and services

# Continuously enhance Equity Compensation knowledge and expertise.

# Perform demonstrations with Equity Edge on Financial reporting, Equity Compensation best practices, and serve as subject matter experts. Presentations may be via the Internet or in person.

# Act as expert in dealing with accounting, tax reporting, and financial reporting requirements. This requires competency in all aspects of financial reporting and Equity Edge's capabilities. It also requires the direct interface with external auditors, CFO's, Controllers, and other high profile personnel in this arena.

# Work on special projects as directed by Manager.

Job Requirements

MINIMUM/REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Â
# At least 5 years of direct consulting experience in a B2B environment strongly preferred

Â
# PC software and web application experience required including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Web-Ex

Â
# Ability to mentor, train, and share knowledge in a team environment

Â
# Entrepreneurial drive

# Ability to effectively communicate to a group and facilitate group presentations or training sessions

# Proven record of delivering excellent customer service

Â
# Ability to develop on-going professional relationships with corporate clients

# Successful record generating opportunities and fulfilling Client requests with a high degree of satisfaction

# Outstanding problem resolution and negotiation skills

# BA/BS preferably in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent job experience

# Ability to communicate with all management levels within client organization ranging from Stock Plan Administrator to Corporate Counsel to Chief Financial Officer using excellent written and verbal communication skills

# Prior stock administration experience within an environment that utilizes Equity Edge as the primary administration tool strongly desired

Â
# Available to work extended hours as needed

# Certified Equity Professional Level 3 strongly preferred. If certification has not already been obtained, successful completion will be required.
