Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Review all Federal, State and local corporate income/franchise tax returns        


• Review all quarterly estimated tax payments        


• Prepare all tax provisions in accordance with FAS 109, sales and use tax returns, and commercial rent tax returns        


• Assist with transfer pricing documentation        


• Assist with resolving all international tax issues        


• Assist with policies and procedures related to abandoned and unclaimed property


• Assist benefits department with tax issues related to deferred compensation plans         


• Assist with employee discount programs to ensure compliance with tax requirements 

Job Requirements:         

• Minimum of 4-6 years experience       


• Knowledge of FAS109, FIN 48 and FAS 123R required        


• Mixture of public and private experience preferred      


• CPA preferred  


• Masters in Taxation a plus
