JOB BOARD: Controller with SEC and FAS 123R Reporting - Oakland, CA - 23 Feb 2009

Controller
with SEC and stock options reporting experience is needed for an
interim position at mid-sized publicly held company. Your experience
with FAS 123R accounting and disclosures are needed. You will manage
the quarterly SEC filings while working with an analyst preparing the
schedules. You will manage the financial close process and accounting
team. CPA is preferred with Big 4 audit experience a plus.
