Sr. Stock Administrator - 3 Month Contract-to- Hire - Plano TX
$70,000 to $75,000 equivalent base salary (depending on exp./previous
earnings)
Job Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for focusing on stock-related
compliance, accounting and project management with minimal supervision,
which will include:
Completing required Section 16 filings
Proactively managing vendor relationships to ensure client is receiving
full benefit
Preparing Board presentation material (stock allocation summary, stock
incentive share usage summary, director and officer certifications,
etc.)
Monitors market and legal trends with stock incentives and leads the
annual stock plan administration process
Provide informal and formal training to other team members regarding
stock administration and stock trends
Interfaces with HR, Legal, and Finance to ensure proper reporting of all
stock activity for the 10K and Proxy
Implement global stock plans, including NQ options, SARs, RSUs, and
ESPP, to comply with country-specific laws and relevant tax guidelines
Collaborating with brokers and our transfer agent to ensure trades are
settled timely and reflected in book entry for monthly reporting
Coordinating necessary software or systems upgrades
Assisting with the transition to an online, vendor-hosted stock
administration application
Collaborating with Tax to ensure India FBT deposits are made timely and
collected from employees, when required
Interacting with and assisting international entities on stock based
compensation expensing according to IFRS2 requirements
Authorizing foreign disbursement wire requests and setting up new
foreign disbursement accounts when necessary
Providing excellent customer service, responding to employee inquiries
in a timely and professional manner
Performing other related duties as assigned
Required Skills:
5 yrs progressive experience in stock administration
Highly motivated, with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making
skills
Ability to research and handle extremely confidential information in a
professional and discretionary manner
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Proven project management skills, with attention to detail
Team player, responsive, and eager to assist wherever needed
Desired Skills:
CEP designation preferred
Extensive experience with Equity Edge, Optionslink and all MS Office
products PeopleSoft experience is a plus
Minimum Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
