JOB BOARD: Head of Executive Compensation - PNC - Pittsburgh, PA, USA - 6 Feb 209

PNC is currently seeking a Head of Executive Compensation to work out
of our Pittsburgh, PA Corporate Headquarters.  Candidates should have
experience managing the executive compensation program for a large
organization with responsibilities to include designing the program,
preparing for compensation committee meetings, managing multiple
projects and working as an integral member of the total awards team. 
We are also very interested in speaking with candidates from a
compensation-consulting background as well.   Experience within the
banking and/or financial services industry is preferred but not
required.
