Relationship Manager, Computershare, Edison, NJ

SUMMARY

Responsible for the overall relationship with company's Corporate sponsored Employee Stock Option and Purchase Plans.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Maintains Senior management level contact with both the HR/Benefits and Financial Executives, and is accountable for the service delivery.


• Assists in communications with the officers of the corporation and addressing any regulatory/compliance issues that result.


• Manages the risk and reward for each relationship


• Negotiates contractual agreements with each client.


• Negotiates service enhancements and special requests


• Serves as liaison in balancing Computershare and client needs by modeling the appropriate behaviors and facilitating positive outcomes in challenging situations.


• Responsible for insuring client satisfaction from the point of the sale through implementation and ongoing services. Oversees new business implementation processes


• Ultimately responsible for client profitability improvement and is expected to establish an effective sales strategy


• Remains continuously aware of the client's expectations and insures client satisfaction by insuring quality standards are met via client surveys.


• Melds in-depth knowledge of Computershare business, products and services with a clear understanding of industry trends to maximize and grow client relationships.


• Introduces new products and services


• Provides sales support for new prospective clients, develop/maintain a cross sale strategy


• Secures all legal documentation


• Reviews/approves all key client deliverables


• Surveys client satisfaction through regular service reviews


• Assists in collection of invoices

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university is preferred; and five to eight years experience and/or training in securities processing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
