• Advise on grading and compensation of new positions

• Act as a representative of EMEA Total Reward on Company projects, e.g. benefit administration, salary and benefit surveys, etc.

• Maintain
  an ongoing effort to determine and maintain equity with current
  compensation (internal and external) and benefit trends and legislated
  requirements and programmes

• Conduct
  periodic analysis for compensation and benefits programmes/policies,
  such as salary ranges and salary increase budget and make
  recommendations, advise managers on appropriate & competitive compensation.

• Experience working in human resources in a large multi-national preferred. 

• Technical
  expertise in the following: salary survey participation, market data
  analysis, participating in projects teams, job evaluation, salary range
  analysis, and HRIS reporting.

• Must
  have a good knowledge and understanding of current compensation-related
  employment law or databases to obtain information.
