Business is in need of a proven Human Resources expert to help support
a range of business partners with our total rewards offering. As a
Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will advise on a variety of
compensation matters, assist in benefits programs and offer expert
advice on processes and systems improvements to help increase the
efficiency of rewards administration.
Please note that this role can be based in either Hong Kong or Singapore.
As a Compensation and Benefits Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
- Serving
as the total rewards consultant to HR business partners and management
teams, including advising on various compensation matters covering
strategy, design, education and communication, job design and
development, career pathing, and policies and procedures
- Offering
support and assistance in managing international benefits through the
effective implementation, renewal, cost analysis and operation of all
benefit programs
- Project managing country-specific total
rewards projects, and influencing the decision-making process by
providing strategic analysis, recommendations, consultation and expert
advice
- Supporting the administration of the corporate
compensation programs including compensation policies, bonus programs,
annual merit and equity programs
- Recommending compensation
processes and systems improvements, leading cross functional teams to
implement and communicate changes, and training and educating HR peers
to ensure a consistent handling of compensation matters
As a Compensation and Benefits Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Degree
in Finance, Business, Human Resources, a relevant field of study, or
equivalent experience, supported by a proven track record of success
within industry
- Demonstrated consulting skills alongside well developed PC literacy to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong business acumen and an understanding of a human resources operating environment
- Excellent
communication skills to gain confidence and credibility with human
resources professionals and their business clients.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
