About ARMtech

Founded in 2009, as a
spin-off of TaxStream (acquired by Thomson Reuters in 2008), ARMtech leverages
its deep tax and accounting expertise to build web-based software. Most
recently ARMtech has developed EquiLink™, a financial reporting application
that meets the most complex needs of the equity compensation market.

EquiLink™ is a
flexible amortization tool with a robust reporting engine that handles all
aspects of compensation expense, current & deferred tax accounting and earnings
per share. Accelerated vesting schedules, expense allocations, employee
mobility issues and modifications are
all automatically updated and maintained in the system.
