THAILAND’S SEC RELAXES SECURITIES LAW REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYEE
STOCK AWARDS

US companies seeking to grant equity compensation awards to employees
in Thailand benefit from two notifications recently issued by the Thailand
Securities and Exchange Commission (Thai SEC).

These new rules
ease the compliance burden by substituting streamlined reporting for the
more onerous approval and registration requirements.

For our
readers, we have prepared a brief overview of the new rules. Please
read it here
