GEO is currently accepting
presentation proposals for our National Equity Compensation Forum
(NECF), 19 - 21 September 2012 at the beautiful Terranea Resort in
Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. The speaker proposal window will be open until
this Friday, 11 May 2012 and GEO will once again waive the conference
registration fee for all NECF presenters.

GEO's 2012 NECF will offer three subject tracks designed for audiences of all levels.
Attendees are welcome to select sessions only in the subject track
relevant to their situation or mix and match for a multi-faceted
experience!

  Strategy:
  This track is directed at a senior level, strategic-minded audience,
  individuals typically at the Director or Vice President level and will
  address current equity compensation, plan design and delivery issues
  with this target audience in mind.

  
  


• 
  

  Private Company, Emerging Market and Pre-IPO:
  Private companies as well as those planning for future public offerings
  share a host of equity compensation issues all their own. This track
  will approach the issues unique to this group for stock plan management
  and executives both from private companies as well as those targeting a
  near-term liquidity event.

  
  


• 
  

  Administration, Education and Communication:
  Designed with the stock plan administrator, management and company
  executive in mind, sessions in this track will address current issues
  and topics relevant to these challenging areas including innovative
  applications of the latest technologies to make your job easier and more
  efficient.

proposal window will be open through 11 May 2012 and accepted presenters
