Position Summary


The Stock Plan Administrator will be responsible for all stock plan administration activity for the Company's stock programs, including option grants, RSUs, and the employee stock purchase plan. The Stock Plan Administrator will work closely with the Compensation Director, Benefits Director, Legal, Finance/Accounting, Payroll and Human Resources Groups as well as employees. This person will report directly to the Director of Compensation. The ideal candidate is conscientious, a self-starter, hard-working, flexible, can work independently and has a high level of integrity.


Responsibilities


Administer all aspects of the equity programs
• Maintain data (e.g., new hires, terminations, etc.) in the equity system
• Manage all participant equity plan transactions (grants, exercises, tax withholding, releases, forfeitures, etc.) and ensure they are correctly processed and settled in a timely manner
• Responsible for semi-annual purchase process for the ESPP including consolidating data globally
• Work closely with internal departments to address any issues or changes to the equity plans and related administration processes
• Act as an Equity Administration resource to participants, internal and external business partners providing them with complete and accurate information
• Work with third party administrator to develop effective employee communications
• Support efforts to implement equity plans in other countries from a systems and payroll perspective
• Provide superior customer service to equity participants at all levels
• Partner with management to support and understand the business initiatives including compliance with SOX
• Support other compensation and benefits program as needed


Qualifications


• 2-4+ years' experience of increasing responsibility in Stock Plan Administration
• College degree with a BS in Finance/ Business Administration or related
• Experience with U.S. federal and state taxation relating to equity compensation
• Experience with international equity plans and taxation desired
• E*TRADE's Equity Edge Online experience preferred
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong work ethic and sense of professionalism and discretion, demonstrating accountability, integrity, and respect for confidentiality
• Precision/detail oriented with strong analytical skills
• Trustworthy, positive, energetic, optimistic attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
