DWAC Fee's from E*Trade

Has anyone else who uses E*Trade as their captive broker recently been billed for DWAC fees retroactive from January 1st? Please share your thoughts on these additional fees. Do other brokers charge the companies a similar DWAC fee such as this?

This is an interesting question. Can some of you who work at Brokers provide some insight. If you can't be too specific thaat's fins, but it would be good to have some general info on this at the very least.
