Back-dating - why don't we hear much about the exonerated?

I have noticed more and more brief announcements regarding the closing of SEC back-dating investigations with no charges being filed. Does anyone have a resource listing all the companies charged with the current (or final) standing of the investigation?

Of course we hear about the companies with huge settlements or scandalous details.  What has been the impact on the companies that have been pulled in to investigations, but where later it was determined there was no need to pursue the issue?
