I specialise in all aspects of UK domestic and international (including US) remuneration delivery techniques.  This includes the determination of the most appropriate form of delivery (including approved ("qualified") as well as unapproved ("non-qualified") arrangements).

In terms of value added, my expertise is in non-qualified arrangements (there are lots of firms that can implement a UK approved share scheme who will be cheaper than us) - both equity and non-equity based (including carry and co-investment plans, deferred compensation plans, planning through employee benefit trusts, non-qualified retirement plans, etc).
