EASi announces release of new version of equity admin software

PLEASANTON, Calif., June 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Equity Administration
Solutions, Inc. (EASi), today announced it has released the latest version of
its web-based enterprise equity compensation management software which
includes five significant upgrades and more than 125 enhancements.

combination of major releases and periodic service packs we continuously
improve our "always current" web-based software," explained Vito Palmieri, CEO

The new version of the software features a document library that lets
customers control document access and provide participants with a central,
web-based location where they can log in and review the PDF form of materials
the administrator has posted, including plans, educational material, forms and
private documents meant for a single individual.


EASi has also introduced batch reporting which allows designated users to
queue up reports in a batch, select Summary Only, CSV and/or PDF format,
submit the batch for overnight processing and retrieve the completed documents
from a secure FTP site.


Stock Plan Administrators now have greater flexibility in handling
termination provisions for all award levels.  For each termination reason and
each award type, EASi customers now have the ability to set the automated
cancellation or acceleration of unvested shares upon termination.   Parameters
are set up for each Plan, and details are maintained and may be overridden for
individual grants.  It is also possible to set expiration dates for grants in
months and years and to designate an offset of plus or minus a specified
number of days.


EASi added Residence Address, Business Address, Home Country and Host
Country to the Tax Item configuration to provide for the application of
multiple tax jurisdictions when calculating a participant's taxes for a given
taxable event.


EASi also made ISO 6039 reporting for participants easier by revising its
Exercise Gain report.
