A significant enhancement has been made to support audit capabilities: With a new auditing function, changes the client applies to their equity plan data will be tracked and stored so internal and external auditors will have the most detailed information available. The Express Equity(TM) suite of products with enhanced audit features include Express Options, Express Stock Purchase, and Express Share Tracking.
