Stock & Option Solutions Announces Retirement of Co-Founder & CEO, Marianne Snook 
 
Campbell, California, January 2, 2015 - Today, Stock & Option Solutions, Inc. (SOS), a leading provider of stock plan administration, management and consulting services, announced a restructuring of its organization due to the retirement of its co-founder and CEO, Marianne Snook, effective December 31, 2014. Marianne co-founded the firm with Barrett Scott, Dax-Romeo Hinkson, and Henley Hom at a kitchen table in 1999. Throughout her tenure, Marianne has been instrumental in building the company into the leading industry provider of equity compensation temporary staffing, consulting, and outsourcing solutions.

Marianne has served in various capacities during her time at SOS, including President and CEO, and has been effective in growing the company through networking and recruiting, key account development, and oversight and guidance of the expansion of the product and service offerings. Upon her retirement, she is looking forward to spending more time with her family and plans to expand her involvement with the South Valley Civic Theatre, where she has been actively engaged in the production of several shows.

Marianne will continue an association with SOS as a special consultant and strategic advisor through the early part of 2015. SOS is pleased to announce the appointment of Barrett Scott as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer and Henley Hom as Chief Operating Officer as part of this restructuring. Barrett and Henley will take over their positions effective January 2, 2015.

Since co-founding SOS in 1999, Barrett has had various roles and responsibilities within the company including President and COO, strategic planning, partnership development, oversight of the company’s sales & marketing function, as well as its People Solutions staffing division. In the new role, Barrett will be ultimately responsible for delivering on the future vision of SOS and assuring the achievement of the company's long and short term goals.

Henley has been instrumental in the development of a variety of SOS business lines and operational functions over the past 15 years. Most recently, his focus has been to create recurring and predictable revenue streams for the company. Henley will now be responsible for SOS’s Outsourcing division as well as the company’s overall operations.
