CEP Online Scholarship Announcement & Application

As someone who is familiar with the CEP program, you understand the value of the CEP designation. But did you know that the CEP Institute offers scholarships for new and current candidates to participate in the program? The CEPI is happy to announce that it will be offering two scholarships for the CEP program as part of the 2014 Marilyn Perkins Claassen Scholarship Program.

The scholarship program was initiated in 2007 in honor of our friend and colleague, Marilyn Perkins Claassen. It recognizes and supports talented individuals who share Marliyn's passion for the equity compensation industry. The original program offered one scholarship each year to a successful applicant. The program now offers two scholarships, thanks again this year to the generous support of OPTRACK.

This year, the Scholarships will be awarded to two members of the stock plan community who wish to pursue the Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation. The successful applicants will be provided a full scholarship for all three levels, excluding materials. If a scholarship recipient has already completed one or more levels of the CEP program, the scholarship will cover the costs of the remaining levels, excluding materials.

Information about the Marilyn Perkins Claassen Memorial Scholarship program may be found on the CEPI website. The application deadline is August 15, 2014. All applications must be submitted online.
