Welcome to the 2014 Hay Group executive retirement benefits and perquisites survey

Hay Group invites you to participate in our latest research initiative to better understand executive benefits policies and programs currently being used by US organizations. The development and implementation of executive benefits programs commands the attention of shareholder advocacy groups, the investment community and the IRS. In response, Hay Group is conducting a study to identify current practices and trends in the marketplace.

The web-based survey should take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Specifically, this survey requests information about your executive perquisites, deferred compensation and supplemental executive retirement programs. If this survey will be better answered by someone else in your organization, please forward this email and ask them to respond. All survey responses must be submitted online.

Survey submissions will be accepted until Friday, 7/18/14.

Results will be compiled and summarized on an aggregate basis. Industry results will also be provided, assuming sufficient levels of industry participation. Individual responses will remain strictly confidential.

In return for your efforts, we will email all participants a summary report of the 2014 executive retirement benefits and perquisites survey results.
