Every year our webinar presenters put in many hours of work to prepare and present educational webinars on each of the core topics and every year we are rewarded with amazing pass rates for our students (our latest pass rate survey showed that 84% of our self-reporting students passed the Fall 2012 exam).

Every year I am blessed by surprise CEP angels willing to write questions for our quiz and mock exam question banks (this is not a easy as it sounds because they have to research each question and provide resource citations).

This year we added a significant number of new questions and I had the good fortune of having a couple of service providers that went to great lengths to contribute their staff time to get big blocks of questions written.
