Press Release: ACCURATE EQUITY ANNOUNCES NEW HIRES FOR THE UK OFFICE, January 14, 2013

After a successful launch in the UK, Accurate Equity's team is growing rapidly, with experienced members of the international equity compensation industry joining us to support our development in the UK & BENELUX market. We are delighted to confirm the newest members of the global Accurate Equity team: Sara Cass, Senior Advisor; and Mayura Arankalle, Advisor. Further members of the UK team will be announced in due course.

Stuart Bailey, Managing Director of Accurate Equity's UK & BENELUX Office, is thrilled to have such experienced specialists join the existing team of industry professionals; "I am delighted to welcome both Sara and Mayura to the Accurate Equity team. Sara Cass
Based in our London office Sara is a qualified accountant with over seven years of experience in Employee Share Plans. Prior to working with Accurate Equity, Sara worked for BP where she specialised in share plan administration and accounting and reporting for share-based payments. Sara holds the ICSA Certificate in Employee Share Plans.



Mayura Arankalle
Based in our London office Mayura joins Accurate Equity from ESOP Direct and has over six years of experience in equity compensation. Having worked on a wide range of clientele (listed, unlisted, start-ups), she has extensive experience in design, valuation, accounting (IFRS-2, Indian GAAP & FAS 123R) and implementing all kinds of compensation plans. Mayura is a qualified Chartered Accountant, with a Masters degree in Commerce.
