I'm posting some information which will be particularly relevant to trustees and those doing business in the Channel Islands.

STEP Guernsey & the ESOP Centre are organising their annual Guernsey seminar on employee share schemes for trustees on December 7 at the Duke of Richmond Hotel, St Peter Port.

Two major additions to the preliminary programme:

- Jane Bateman from the department for Business Innovation and Skills is to speak alongside Graeme Nuttall, FFW LLP;

- Author and consultant David Craddock, will present on "Underwater options and share price volatility".
