The Women's Equity Compensation Leadership Forum, or Lena's Dream, is designed specifically for women with 7+ years working in the equity compensation field, to network and discuss timely issues facing the profession. Lena's dream is named after Lena Maarleveld, a young Dutch entrepreneur who started her first business, a chocolate store in Rotterdam at the age of 17. Lena had the determination and talent to become a successful business owner, but was unable to fulfill her dream because of the expectations placed on young women in the early 20th century.

Our gathering, the first of its kind for women in the equity compensation profession, will provide various networking opportunities to meet with accomplished women from throughout the world, learn from engaging and charismatic speakers and participate in small group meetings.
